FAQ

1. What is included in the day trip to Sariska from Delhi?

The day trip usually includes round-trip transportation from your hotel or airport in Delhi in an air-conditioned car, fuel, toll taxes, interstate taxes, driver charges, parking fees, and all applicable taxes and service charges. Some packages may also provide a professional guide and bottled water.

2. How long does the trip take?

It’s a proper day out—usually kicks off around 8 AM with pickup from your Delhi hotel and wraps up around 11 PM when we drop you back. The drive’s about 4-5 hours each way, but it’s a smooth ride with plenty of scenery to keep you entertained. Long? Sure, but so worth it!

3. What’s included in the package?

You’ll get pickup and drop-off from your hotel, the jeep safari in Sariska, and often a guide who knows the park like the back of their hand. Some packages might toss in water or snacks, but meals are usually up to you. It’s a bit like booking a tour—check the details when you reserve, just to be sure what’s on the menu!

4. When’s the best time to visit Sariska?

Hands down, November to March. The weather’s cool and comfy, and the animals are more likely to strut their stuff. Summer gets scorching, and the park might close during monsoon (July to September). I went in February once—perfect vibes, not too hot, not too cold.

5. What should I bring along?

Pack smart: a hat, sunscreen, and comfy shoes are musts—the sun can sneak up on you! A camera’s essential for those “whoa” wildlife moments, and maybe some snacks for the road. Pro tip: bring binoculars if you have them. You’ll feel like a wildlife detective spotting birds in the trees.

6. Is the Sariska safari safe?

Oh, absolutely! Just listen to your guide—stay in the jeep, keep the noise down, and don’t bother the animals. It’s like being a guest in their home; you wouldn’t want to upset the hosts, right? The guides are pros and have everything under control, so you can relax and enjoy.

7. Will I see a tiger in Sariska?

Here’s the honest scoop: it’s a maybe. Tigers are wild and don’t RSVP, but that’s part of the thrill! Even if they’re shy that day, you might spot leopards, deer, or colorful birds. I once saw a leopard lounging on a rock instead of a tiger, and it was still a jaw-dropping moment.
