Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi and Sightseeing

Your journey begins in the vibrant capital city of Delhi. Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and driver for a transfer to your hotel. After checking in, explore the historic and modern marvels of the city. Visit the India Gate, a majestic war memorial, and drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House for photo stops. Continue to Humayun’s Tomb, an exquisite example of Mughal architecture, and the UNESCO-listed Qutub Minar, one of Delhi’s most iconic landmarks. Later, marvel at the serene Lotus Temple, a Bahá'í House of Worship, before heading to Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. End your day with a photo stop at the impressive Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the evening, drive to Agra (approximately 3 hours) and check in to your hotel.

Day 2: Agra Sightseeing and Drive to Gwalior

Begin your day with a mesmerizing sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, the ultimate symbol of love and an architectural masterpiece. Afterward, explore the majestic Agra Fort, a UNESCO-listed site that served as the primary residence of Mughal emperors. Visit the charming Itimad-ud-Daulah, often called the "Baby Taj" for its intricate marble work. In the afternoon, proceed to Gwalior (approximately 2.5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for the evening.

Day 3: Gwalior Sightseeing and Drive to Orchha

Spend the day exploring the historical treasures of Gwalior. Visit the imposing Gwalior Fort, perched atop a hill and offering stunning views of the city. Within the fort complex, admire the ancient Teli Ka Mandir, known for its unique architectural style. Explore the intricately designed Saas Bahu Temples, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and the opulent Jai Vilas Palace, a symbol of royal grandeur. Later, drive to the tranquil town of Orchha (approximately 2.5 hours) and settle into your hotel for the night.

Day 4: Orchha Sightseeing and Drive to Khajuraho

In Orchha, delve into the town’s rich Bundela heritage. Explore the Orchha Fort Complex, home to the stunning Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, and Rai Praveen Mahal. Visit the architectural marvel of Chaturbhuj Temple, blending palace and temple styles, and the sacred Ram Raja Temple, unique for its worship of Lord Ram as a king. Stroll along the cenotaphs (chhatris) by the Betwa River, a serene spot with picturesque views. Afterward, drive to Khajuraho (approximately 3 hours) and stay overnight.

Day 5: Khajuraho Sightseeing

Discover the famous Khajuraho Temples, known for their intricate sculptures and carvings. Visit the Western Group of Temples, including the magnificent Kandariya Mahadev Temple and Lakshmana Temple, celebrated for their artistic brilliance and depictions of life and devotion. Day 6: Khajuraho to Varanasi

Explore the Dhamek Stupa, a sacred Buddhist site, and the Sarnath Museum, which houses ancient relics and artifacts. Day 7: Varanasi Sightseeing and Departure
